Discount - A 10% discount applies for orders of 12 bottles or more. Mixed or straight dozens are welcome.
Freight charges have been pre loaded based on the Australia Post post code system and equate to the following.

Goods are insured to a value of $400 per case + the cost of the freight. If you require additional insurance please call cellar door for costs.

Shingleback D Block
2005 D Block Reserve Shiraz
Deep red. Primary mulberry and blackberry fruit aromas are overlaid with notes of blueberry and spice. Bright, luscious Shiraz fruit flavours are textured with silky tannins. This wine is the essence of the vine, the time, the place and the harsh, black, cracking clay over limestone soils, all of which combine to make it unique each year.

2006 D Block Reserve Cabernet Sauvignon
Deep red. Concentrated blackberry and couverture chocolate aromas harmonise with notes of savoury black olive, bay leaf and toasted hazelnuts. The cassis ad roasted coffee flavours are elegantly framed with vanilla and cashew nuances derived from the fine-grained French oak used in maturation. A full-bodied, structured Cabernet Sauvignon that expresses the synergy of this noble variety, the terroir and my personal winemaking philosophy.

Shingleback
2008 Shingleback Chardonnay
Light straw in colour, with a hint of green. Only the best McLaren Vale free run Chardonnay is used to create this delicate and well balanced wine. Aromas and flavours of lemon zest, white peach, melon and pear lift from the glass and fill the palate. With partial barrel fermentation, some use of indigenous yeast and 4 months on lees in new French oak, a creamy, cashew like complexity enhances the stone fruit and citrus flavours.

2008 Shingleback Viognier
Pale straw in colour. Lime, orange rind and honeysuckle primary aromas are subtly enhanced with a butterscotch oak complexity. Flavours of marmalade and a touch of honey sweetness are balanced with a lingering, zesty lemon acidity. This complex, textured, medium-bodied wine can be enjoyed on its own or with a wide variety of foods.

2005 Shingleback Grenache
Brilliant dark cherry red. An aroma redolent of ripe strawberries and raspberries is enhanced by subtle vanillan oak. The concentrated flavours of raspberries and dark cherries are integrated with soft, silky tannins and a classically sweet Grenache mid-palate. A ripe, medium-full bodied wine with a long fruit finish which will enhance a variety of foods.

2007 Shingleback Cabernet Sauvignon
NEW VINTAGE
Deep red. Lifted cassis aromas with nuances of dark chocolate, bay leaf and sage. Blackcurrant and blueberry flavours fill the mid-palate and linger on the long finish. The fine-grained French and Central European oak add a cashew-like complexity, further enhancing the presence and structure of the wine.

Deep garnet in colour with vibrant magenta bubbles. Aromas of concentrated blackcurrant with hints of liquorice, spice and dark cherries. Creamy bubbles and luscious sweetness envelop the plump blackberry mid-palate, which is enhanced with hints of savoury development. The long sweet fruit finish is balanced with fine tannin and acidity.

2008 Shingleback Cellar Door Sangiovese Grenache Rosé
Brilliant pomegranate red. Lifted, perfumed aromas of rose petals and summer berries along with mouthfilling flavours of raspberries and citrus. Sangiovese and Grenache varieties are selected for their bright, fresh flavours, which are enhanced by the winemaking techniques to produce this complex, layered wine. The hint of residual sweetness is balanced by a fresh acidity. Enjoy this fun Rosé chilled and in its youth.

2009 Shingleback Haycutters Sauvignon Blanc Semillon
Haycutter’s Sauvignon Blanc/Semillon is a partnership of districts, with fragrant Sauvignon Blanc from the Adelaide Hills being complemented by textured Semillon from McLaren Vale.
Very pale straw in colour. Fragrant aromas of citrus, passionfruit and lemongrass lift from the glass. The finely structured palate overflows with tropical and lemon fruit flavours. The natural acidity of the wine ensures a long and enticing finish.

2007 Shingleback Haycutters Shiraz Viognier
Deep red. Primary fruit aromas of blackberry and strawberry are highlighted with nuances of orange peel and dark chocolate. The co-fermentation of the Shiraz with a small percentage of Viognier skins not only adds complexity to the berry fruit, but enhances the rich tannin structure. A full-bodied wine with luscious fruit, soft tannins and a long, lingering finish, which is lightly framed with fine grained American and French oak.

Honeydew melon and peach aromas, with highlights of pear, citrus and creamy cashew. Fresh citrus and peach fruit fill the mid-palate and flow through to the long finish, defined by subtle French oak. A medium bodied, lightly oaked Chardonnay with softness and a finely balanced fresh acidity. This wine can be enjoyed in its youth.

2009 Red Knot McLaren Vale Grenache Shiraz Mourvedre
NEW VINTAGE
Vibrant, dark cherry in colour. The heady aromas of summer lift from the glass, with ripe strawberry, pot pourri and notes of citrus oil. The luscious, chocolate covered Turkish delight mid-palate of the Grenache is supported by the blackberry of the Shiraz and subtle licorice of the Mourvèdre. These three varieties when blended strike a harmonious chord of ripe fruit and balanced tannins, offering immediate appeal. With age the wine will develop an attractive, savoury complexity.

Deep red. Blueberry and dark cherry aromas with notes of chocolate, eucalypt and tobacco. Ripe mid-palate fruit is give added texture and complexity with the vanilla bean flavours of French and American oak. A medium – full bodied wine, generous in its nature and finishing dry, with soft tannins.

Vibrant magenta red. Aromas of fresh, ripe raspberries and blackberries are lightly framed by nuances of roasted coffee and cashew.
